joe-fisherJo Fisher is the Managing Director of the Jo Fisher Group (JFG) comprising Jo Fisher Executive Search, FlexExecutives and JF Career Transitions. Since 2002, Jo has led the growth of the firm across Australia & New Zealand, and also as the Oceanic partner of the IMD International Executive Search Group. Jo has personally led and overseen the successful appointment processes of Chief Executive Officers, Government Departmental Secretaries, Board Directors, Vice Chancellors and senior executives.
Jo is currently a Director on the Board of the IMD International Search Group; Chair of the Deakin University Graduate School of Business MBA Advisory Board and a Board Director of the social enterprise, Infoxchange Pty Ltd. Jo is also undertaking
a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology at Melbourne University. Last year, Jo was the Winner of the Victorian Business Owner Award for the Telstra Business Women’s Awards.

kate-jenkinsKate Jenkins was appointed as the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commissioner in 2013.
Kate brings 20 years’ experience as a lawyer and prior to this role was the lead partner of Herbert Smith Freehills’ Australian discrimination, equal opportunity and training practice. Kate has worked in many areas of law, with a focus on workplace relations and assisting employers to create fair and diverse workplaces. Kate held leadership roles in the firm’s diversity program, pro bono legal services and recruitment team.
Kate is the Vice President of the Board of Berry Street Victoria – the state’s largest
independent child and family welfare organisation. She is also a member of the Board of Heide Museum of Modern Art. Kate holds honours degrees in Law and Arts.

toni-meathDr Toni Meath is Principal of The Mac.Robertson Girls’ High School. The school is fondly known as MacRob and has a strong reputation of academic excellence in girls’ education.
A graduate of Sydney University and The University of Melbourne, Toni’s work in education innovation has been published both nationally and internationally. Prior to becoming Principal of The Mac.Robertson Girls’ High School in 2013, Toni was the founding Assistant Principal of Nossal High School, Victoria’s first co-educational Select Entry High School. Before this Toni was Assistant Principal at Mordialloc College and Director of Staff Development at Mentone Girls’ Secondary College.
Her portfolio across all schools has been one of leading a strong performance and development culture and the driving of a ‘thinking schools’ approach. In 2013 Toni was a awarded a Fellowship of the Australian Council of Educational Leaders (ACEL) for her contribution and service to education.

bareetu-aba-bulguBareetu Aba-Bulgu In 2012 Year 11 Huntingtower School student, Bareetu Aba-Bulgu received the ‘25 years and under’ Empowering Monash Women Award for her extra-curricular work. Bareetu is a crew leader for the Reach Foundation, volunteers for the Salvation Army, helps run the Oromo Community Cultural Exhibition at Federation Square and was actively involved in establishing a strong relationship between Huntingtower School and a remote Aboriginal community in the Northern Territory.’
In 2013 at just 18 Bareetu fulfilled a long list of requirements to earn the gold Duke of Edinburgh award, including participating in activities in five areas such as physical recreation, service and skills.
